The successful high bidders will receive a bill of sale for these items. For lot 20 the bank has released the lien, we are awaiting a title replacement and will deliver it to the winning bidder as soon as it is received.

Announcements: Announcements on day of sale take precedence over all prior releases, verbal and written, concerning this auction sale.
Auction Times: Following conclusion of the Real Estate Auction, approximately 11:45 AM ET. At 1:00 PM ET we will begin the Online and Live portion of the sale offering the select items that are designated for Online/Live.
After the select items are sold, we will resume with the Live Only portion of the sale.
Online Auction (Select Items) Opens: 1:00 PM ET, Thursday, November 14, 2024
Online Auction Closes: Auction will start at 1:00 PM ET on Thursday, November 14, 2024 and close each item as it sells. A soft close will not apply, though the Auctioneer will be sensitive to Online Bidders.
Woltz & Associates, Inc. reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Items may be added or deleted from sale. In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction-related technologies, Woltz & Associates, Inc., reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR WOLTZ & ASSOCIATES, INC. SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Personal Property Location & Pickup: The Property is located at 3321 Shenandoah Avenue, Roanoke, VA 24017. Pickup times are November 15-17, 2024, from 9AM to 4PM.
Special Pickup Instructions: Lots 316, 332, 334, 344, 345, 346, 347, 385, 387, 388, and 391 have special pickup instructions. See Lot description for more information.
Buyer Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the high bid amount to determine the full purchase amount. For example, if your high bid is $100.00, your total purchase amount will be $110.00.
Payment: The online buyer’s credit card (cc used for registration for online bidders) will be charged immediately following the close of the auction. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for online bids. Online Buyers and Buyers paying with credit card will be charged a convenience fee of 3.5% of the purchase price. You will be emailed a receipt to the email address you provided during registration, if you bid online. Cash, personal check with bank letter, or cashier’s check are acceptable for live bids. Payment for purchases for any vehicles, trailers or equipment must be verified prior to titling.
Credit Card Disclosure: To verify valid credit card information has been provided, your card will be temporarily charged $1.00. The charge will be reversed once the processor has found the card to be valid.

Shipping Instructions: THERE IS NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION. Buyer is responsible for all shipping logistics and costs. Buyers are responsible for bringing any equipment needed to pick up purchased items.
Removal of Personal Property: Paid receipt must be shown at time of pickup. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR PAID RECEIPT. Personal property becomes the responsibility of the buyer at the time of the sale. Neither the Auction Company nor the Seller provides equipment or labor to remove items purchased. Personal property pickup will be at the property, 3321 Shenandoah Avenue, Roanoke, VA 24017, and may be picked up on the day of sale or November 15-17, 2024, from 9AM to 4PM ET. Failure by the buyer(s) to meet the removal schedule and conditions may result in the loss of your purchases without refund. Auction Company and Seller are not responsible in case of accidents on-premises. Buyers causing damage, harm, creating environmental issues, dumping, destroying or abandoning, refusal, or any other act to cause monetary expense to be incurred to a Seller’s Property or auction site location or property of any type will be held liable for ANY AND ALL damages, cleanup, or repair and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
