Mason's CrestMason’s Crest is ideally located in one of Southwest Roanoke County’s most desirable areas, just off of Merriman Road and only minutes from Tanglewood Mall. The rolling landscape offers gorgeous long range mountain views and a tranquil setting. Numerous building lots will be offered, all with public water, sewer and underground utilities.

The village cluster home lots are for detached, single family living and a maintenance free life style. In addition there are larger single family home manor lots which are maintained by the owner. Most lots are graded and ready to build. Mason’s Crest is served by excellent Southwest County Schools; Penn Forest Elementary, Cave Spring Middle and Cave Spring High School.

The development land consists of 149+ acres which is in addition to the lots being offered. It has been conceptually planned for approximately 235 additional building lots. The land offers gently rolling hills and open meadows with outstanding views, abundant wildlife and adjoins the Blue Ridge Parkway. The development land will be offered in either one or two tracts.
